Life on Board Maya’s Dugong
The home base for this adventure is the Maya’s Dugong, a 150-foot expedition vessel designed for long-range liveaboard charters. The ship offers comfortable, well-appointed accommodations and is ideal for accessing the far reaches of the atoll without daily commutes.

The South Fork fishes well from late spring through early fall, with peak dry fly action typically happening during the June–August window. Specific hatches like the salmonfly, golden stone, and PMDs can offer thrilling topwater fishing depending on your timing.
The majority of your fishing will be done from custom drift boats, allowing you to cover a wide range of water each day. Guides will also stop along the way to explore productive side channels and riffles on foot, giving you the best of both floating and wading.
